Holiday Shopping Season is fast approaching. There is very little that can spoil the holiday spirit around any business faster than getting a reputation for poor customer service. This time of year we seem to all have a lot on our plates, and how we treat our customers can make or break our year. Well over 1/3 of all Americans would rather eat last year’s fruit cake than have to contact customer service this year.
