As consumers we love to read reviews of products and places we are considering. We value the input of our peers and use those opinions to make our own decisions. As business owners we loathe online reviews. We find many of them to be spiteful and often disingenuous, coming from either competitors or disgruntled ex-employees. Even when they are a true account of a bad experience, we find the authors don’t take the time to reach out to the company to try and rectify the situation before going online to vent.
